A good deed a day: The Challenge

Between all the negative press reports and news there is a sentence brings mentally to my limits:

“We live in a world of violence and hate, we have to get used to that.”

It’s pretty simple: No! I refuse to accept that and to easily get “used” to that.

And I´m convinced that you, yes exactly you, who is reading my post right now and felt attracted by the title, are doing the same. It is often said, that we can´t do anything and feel helpless, but ultimately we can do much. Very much. For example in the proper education of our children, or also when dealing with our community. We must ensure that people talk about their problems and find an open ear, to help them to stand up again depression and felt rejection, to prevent them of seeing no way out and running into the arms of the wrong groups. I was already talking about that before.

If everyone brings in his or her small contribution, we can achieve a positive effect on the world. They don´t say “a good deed a day” for nothing – exactly what I want to focus on today.

People, let’s start a challenge for our motivation:

The “a good deed a day” –Challenge

30 days in September – do every day something positive for a fellow human being. Whether helping the elderly lady in the neighborhood in the garden or taking care of your little nephew one hour to support your family. If you walk through the world with open eyes, it will give you possibilities automatically. If it may doesn´t work out one day, no problem, then try it again the next day. It should be fun, no force. I think you know what I mean.

I am happy to hear some stories, how it goes for you, either here in the comments or on Facebook or Instagram. Tell me if there are any changes for you and what difficulties you may have with the challenge. Of course, I will pass my experiences on to you and report regularly. I am very curious to see how the Challenge runs. Maybe we get used to it so quickly that we can continue next month with another project: A good deed a day – for our environment 😉

But for now let´s do something good for our world and community and never forget: Spread the love – do a good dead a day <3

    Hi Ella,
